Ananda Khan is a Virginia native and recovering travel writer. Her makeup artistry was something that grew out of her love of character, story and the color of travel. She has a love for beautiful skin and flawless complexion. Ananda is passionate about environmentally conscious beauty and strives to be responsible to the body and the soul.

Five years into her career as a makeup artist, Ananda has maneuvered seamlessly in fashion, commercial print and television. Her work has most notably been published in the L’uomo Vogue as well as Forbes Magazine, Fortune Small Business, SET Magazine, RE:UP Magazine, Bleu Magazine and Palisade’s Magazine. She has also worked with national television shows including NBC’s The TODAY Show, Holidate for Soapnet,VH1’s Glam Gods and PBS’s award winning talk show called In the Life. Some of her fashion clients include LRG and Laila Ahzar.

Ananda contributes regularly to the beauty section of SET Magazine as a contributing beauty editor.

She is currently based in New York City, but has a passport and will travel… gladly.
